Himawari XD-50S/12AS Solar Natural Lighting System (12-Lens)

The Himawari (meaning “sunflower” in Japanese) solar lighting system was invented by the late Dr. Kei Mori to harness the sun’s light for all of life’s activities. Unlike conventional skylights, this system uses an automatic tracking collector and optical fiber cables to deliver pure, natural sunlight to any space—regardless of window orientation or solar altitude. Perfect for homes, it transforms dark kitchens, bathrooms, and basements into sunlit, healthy environments.

  • Automatic Sun Tracking: Equipped with a solar sensor and clock mechanism, the collector accurately tracks the sun from sunrise to sunset, ensuring maximum light collection all day long, even when clouds pass by.
