Tank Construction & Advantages
- Dual-Cycle Design: The inner tank is made of thickened enamel-specific steel plate with independent jacket and inner tank operation. This dual-cycle design ensures more uniform heating, reduces scale formation, provides purer water quality, higher tank strength, and stable pressurized water supply.
- Advanced Welding Technology: Equipped with Panasonic welding equipment using butt-welding technology for stronger welds and a smoother, flatter inner wall, eliminating defects such as enamel leakage, bubbles, and pinholes.
- Premium Enamel Coating: Blue Crystal enamel layer using FERRO enamel powder from the USA, sintered at 850°C for strong adhesion and superior corrosion resistance, overcoming the weaknesses of ordinary stainless-steel tanks.
- Superior Insulation: Polyurethane constant-temperature foaming using Italian OMS high-pressure foaming equipment with a unique formula. The higher closed-cell rate effectively reduces heat loss caused by convection, delivering excellent thermal retention.
